I couldn't get into Pride and Predjudice but almost finished Saving Francesca
...and I just had to check the spelling of Francesca..not incredibly smart. But the title is true. Yes, a lot of Jane Austen fans are coming in angry mobs to my house, but I promise I'll read it again in year 10...
Went downtown today. I really want a navy short skirt for school, because I have a Vendetta against track pants. But at Lowes they only had grey Mater Dei skirts. And they told me they were Wagga High skirts! Oh Snap! I would have looked like an idiot if I bought it, which I didn't. So I'm going to ask where Raegan got hers. Or someone...I don't know.
Anyway, I got bras (but I won't go into that) and Sushi (yum!). But when I went to get a scarf from Cotton On (I know I'm saving up for a GHD, but what the heck, I need colour) and suprise! Its closed and al blacked out!. On the window was pasted on (which each word on a separate sheet of A4 paper in black permanent marker)
COTTON / ON / KIDS / BODY / SHOP / ACROSS / STREET / 120 / BAYLIS / STREET
Or something like that. I couldn't really decipher it, but I consciously remembered '120 Baylis'. So I went to Dad and told him, and we decided to investigate. We found it, and OMG!!! It was Cotton On HEAVEN!!! I freaked, and begged to go in. Like any cruel parent, he let me buy my scarf, but no looking around. I guess not cruel, but just male. It's like taking me up to the top of a mountain and showing me the world, and then telling me 'And this is what you can't have'. But I'm probably being dramatic. Hmm...
I need to check it out...after I bought my GHD.....if I can save up for it....

I hate the annoying ticking of clocks
I'm really hungry at this moment. I think it's because of boredom, which is terribly bad when I'm trying to be fit. Yes, I'm getting fit and slimming down. I hate the word slim, it sounds like someones being cut in half very slowly....but I'm not crazy!
I'm kind of still in mourning for Michael Jackson...it's very sad. I don't believe he did any of those things to those children. The way I see it, is that he never really had a childhood, being put out into the word at age 9 or something, and never really being 'normal'. I think living in in this Truman Show is what turned him to be so eccentric, and his 'neverland' thing and sleeping in same bed thing is just him being a child. He always seemed like a child, and not to be patronizing or making him seem crazy, but I doubt he is a cruel man. But we shall never know...

Alice in Wonderland????
Hey Guys! These are new pics from the new movie of 'Alice In Wonderland' starring Johnny Depp, Helena Bonham Carter and Anne Hathaway. I'm not a big fan of Helena's blown-up head or Hathaways dark eyebrows against her white hair, but it looks like it's going to be typical Tim Burton.
Here is the basic plot: 'Alice, now 17, attends a party at a Victorian estate only to find she is about to be proposed to in front of hundreds of snooty society types. She runs off, following the White Rabbit into a hole and ending up in Wonderland, a place she visited 10 years before yet doesn't remember. Wonderland was a peaceful kingdom until the Red Queen overthrew her sister. The creatures of Wonderland, ready to revolt, wait for Alice to help them.'

Loving Music A Lot ATM
Hey everyone! I am better, feeling better. Ok, not 'better' physically, because I stayed home sick today. I felt pretty sick, so yeah. But mentally, I feel better. Yay! Not that I have a mental illness.
I'm listening to Michael Jackson atm, and it's an odd bittersweet experience. His music makes me feel happy, but the legacy that comes with it is unsettling.
I watched 'Fried Green Tomatoes' today. It's really good. A tear-jerker a little bit, but good.
I took down my tall bit of the hutch thingo (I don't know what to call it) and my room looks better. I'm going to put a corkboard and posters up. Yay!
Oooh 'Wanna be starting something' just came on!! WOOT! Love that song...it's an MJ night tonite.
Catchya!
